Avant Place is an elevated cabin that sits right along the river. This cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a loft. The beds are arranged as follows:

Bedroom 1: King-size bed

Bedroom 2: King-size bed

Loft: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 Twin’s

Guests of Avant Place enjoy all the benefits of being a Neal's Guest! Avant Place is located just on the north side of Neal's campground. It is a short drive to the Neal's Dining Room, Hank's Fishing Tank, and the nightly dances at Joe Jimmy's.

All cabins are furnished with: A/C, basic pots and pans, dishes, utensils, pillows with pillowcases, quilts, picnic table, BBQ pit, and a fire pit.

You will need to bring your own sheets and towels (river, bath, and kitchen), dish soap, and personal items.

Pets are not allowed at this property. Outside smoking only - no smoking allowed in any cabin.

This cabin is set up for 10 people.
