Check-In/Check-Out Policies

Check-In begins after 4:00 PM

We can’t guarantee that your property will be ready before until after 4 PM. Our housekeeping teams do their best each day to get everything ready for your stay. We know you will be excited to begin your vacation and your patience is appreciated (especially on extra busy days where dozens of properties are being “turned”).

After Hours Check-In Procedure

If you arrive after our office is closed, there will be an envelope with your name on it in the mailbox just to the right of our office door.  In the envelope, you will find a map of your property and a key.

Check out is before 11:00 AM  

We know it’s hard to leave, but because we have limited time to prepare each property for the new check-ins, please be packed up and loaded out before 11:00 AM sharp. If you fail to meet this time, we will be forced to charge a late check-out fee.

Minimum age

Guests must be 21 years old or older to rent property from Neal’s.  Please be prepared to show a photo I.D. at check-in.
